Through outreach and worship, HOPE’s Communication & Media Ministry connects with the congregation, the community, and individuals beyond in order to inspire, inform, and invite participation into the life, mission, and purpose of the Church. This is achieved through social media, worship media, networking, podcasts, cyber church, graphic elements, and other special projects.

Hope’s Diaconate Ministry cares for the spiritual needs of the membership. Deacons are selected members who possess a spiritual commitment, display a model life, embrace a compassionate spirit, and has the discernment to make sound judgments. A Deacon or deaconess should know their own spiritual gifts, and have a good knowledge of God’s Word.
The Diaconate serves by focusing on with the spiritual needs of the congregation through visitations, prayer, counseling, benevolence, serving communion, baptizing, and by being an extension of the Pastor.

In an effort to fight hunger in the Austin Community, Hope Church operates a food pantry that provides food and supplies to local residents. The Pantry is operated by a staff of friendly volunteers who are dedicated to serving others.

The Golden Age Ministry (GAM) is an in-reach and outreach ministry of Hope Community Church
which provides senior services and programs. In addition to hosting weekly bible study sessions, line dancing classes, a fitness program, and outings to local venues, the Golden Age Ministry is in partnership with four area senior living facilities. Through these partnerships, Hope is able to offer free manicures, game days, storytelling sessions, and fellowship activities at each site.
The purpose of the GAM is to consider the “whole” person, and is designed to maintain and improve their seniors’ physical, mental, social and spiritual wellness levels.

HOPE for NEW MOMS is a community based program which provides a wealth of resources, a support system, and spiritual advice for expecting moms and moms with children 0-7 years of age. This assembly of women offers a safe haven for new moms and regularly hosts mother / child play dates where moms can socialize amongst other moms while receiving valuable advice and training on effective parenting. Through the Motherhood Connections series, moms learn about special interesting topics like finances, mental health, maintaining healthy relationships, parenting skills, exercise, fitness, child development and much more.
The New Moms Ministry looks to EMPOWER women through motivation and inspiration, EQUIP women with tools for success, ENABLE women to move in the right direction, and ENCOURAGE women to seek God first in all that they do.

The Men’s Ministry of HOPE exists to produce powerful men of God, developing them into leaders of their church, home, and community. When God’s vison for man is fulfilled the way He designed, great things are achieved for His glory.
The Men of HOPE is a brotherhood. Throughout the year, they support H.C.C. ministries, hold various activities including, weekend getaways, retreats, sports events and men’s fellowships. The presence of men provides a visual security in and out of the church.

The Music Ministry is a vital part of HOPE’s worship experience. Spreading the Word of God through music, is sharing the gospel of Christ through song. Leading the congregation in praise through song inspires participation in the worship experience. H.C.C.’s Music Ministry is comprised of a Praise Team, the Voices of Hope, Men, Women and Children’s Choirs along with Hope’s Mass Choir.

R.E.A.L. Ministry (Resources Encourage Abundant Living)
There are times in life when we all need assistance in one way or another. The R.E.A.L. ministry of HOPE is here to provide available resources of information and materials. God provides information and materials for the ministry through the generosity of our faithful partners and friends. HOPE is then able to meet the needs of others by providing various resources for HOPE members, community residents and like-minded community organizations.

The Trustee Ministry manages the material possessions and oversees the financial matters of the church with spiritual sensitivity. The church’s physical property, financial obligations and all other assets are the responsibility of the Trustee Ministry. Trustees enable the execution of God’s mission through stewardship and individual spiritual gifts. Acting as one body, the Trustees provides direction, leadership, property and building management. The role of a Trustee is very important to the Body of Christ to help further God’s word in unison.
Hope Community Church Trustee Board is charged with stewardship of all the resources that God has blessed with Hope Church.

The We W.I.N. Women’s Support Group was formed out of a desire aid and support to women struggling with difficult issues and challenges, ultimately guiding them to Christ to obtain healing. The Big Sisters of the We W.I.N. ministry offer their support, prayers, and testimonies in relation to the specific concerns of the women in need, allowing them to minister in a practical and personal way.

Our Youth Ministry is designed to grow young people emotionally and spiritually through encouragement, teachings and sound direction.
Our Youth Ministry Team, each of possessing the passion and patience to work with youth, are dedicated to guiding our youth through positive motivation, influence, and leadership. Our youth ministry is Bible based and made relevant to the lives of youth of today. avid followers of Christ.
We are blessed to be able to offer a youth worship service that allows children to engage with one another as they gain a better understanding of God and His Word. Through the fun lessons, interactive worship, and creative activities, the children can contribute to the service.
A select group of Youth Leaders work specifically with teenagers, breaking down the Bible into relatable terms. The teens are about to connect God’s word to their daily walk.
Through programs such as our Summer Youth, After School, and the Boys Scouts / Explorers programs, we are reaching youth across the Chicagoland area and providing a safe, positive, and fun environment.
